vigilantly, I craft a strategic process for you.

As your negotiator, I treat your money like it is mine. When it is time to save you or make you money, I am like a pit bull.

As your transaction overseer, I realize that every transaction has about 100 pieces of paper requiring upwards of 43 signatures and iniials. Every i must be dotted and every t crossed. Making a mistake could be very costly to you. Every transaction also has 100 to 150 phone calls loaded with details, as well.
